About the Job
As a Senior Medical Representative within Sanofi Vaccines, you will play a critical role in advancing immunization programs and driving sustainable growth across your territory. Acting as a senior field contributor and role model, you will lead strategic territory execution, manage complex institutional accounts, and strengthen partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders. This role combines advanced scientific engagement, business leadership, and people development to help protect communities across Vietnam.

Main Responsibilities
Territory & Business Management
- Develop and execute territory plans aligned with national and regional priorities.
- Manage key hospitals, vaccination centers, public health institutions, and strategic accounts.
- Identify market opportunities and support business and marketing strategies through data-driven insights.
Scientific Engagement & Stakeholder Partnership
- Deliver science-led promotion to senior HCPs, institutions, and decision-makers.
- Build long-term partnerships with KOLs, medical societies, and public health authorities.
- Lead scientific activities including CMEs, symposia, and speaker programs.
Performance & Commercial Excellence
- Achieve or exceed territory objectives through disciplined execution.
- Manage tenders, institutional negotiations, and complex agreements.
- Monitor competitors and implement effective counter strategies.
Leadership & Team Contribution
- Coach and support junior Medical Representatives through field mentoring.
- Contribute to onboarding, training, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Coordinate sales squad activities, meetings, and performance reviews.
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure full compliance with Sanofi’s Code of Ethics, SOPs, and industry regulations.
- Act as a role model for compliant, ethical field execution.
About You
- 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or vaccine sales with strong performance results.
- Experience in key accounts or institutional sales is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or related field (required).
- Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build scientific partnerships with healthcare institutions.
