Senior Mechanical Engineer

Mainly responsible for the component design, problems solving and related documents output of motor controller products development

Key Accountabilities

l  Structural design of motor controller and output related documents (DFMEA, WI and BOM, etc.);

l  Responsible for detailed components design of motor controller (Insert molding busbar, die castings) and evaluate the feasibility of the design with plant and supplier (Process, assembly, electrical clearance, etc);

l  Dimensional chain analysis and tolerance calculation of each component, assist thermal, fluid and strength analysis, and optimize component based on simulation results;

l  Problem analysis and solving of controller products in processing, assembly and testing;

l  Other temporary work arrangements;

 

Key Competencies

l  Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or related;

l  At least 5 years’ experience in mechanical design of motor controller. Familiar with at least one 3D design software (UG is preferred.);

l  Familiar with machining, casting, stamping, injection molding, surface treatment and other related processes. components cost analysis is preferred

l  Proficient in dimensional chain analysis and tolerance design methods, simulation experience in fluids, thermal and vibration;

l  Ability to work independently and have the ability to communicate and coordinate well with other functional departments, especially hardware;

l  CET-6 in English, good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;

l  Have a strong sense of responsibility and collective honor.
