Your Impact at Winland
You will lead network-level master scheduling and inventory planning for assigned plants, co-packers, and/or brands. Your work ensures our teams have clear, executable plans that support customer commitments, operational efficiency, and financial goals. This role partners closely with Operations, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Transportation, and Commercial teams—bringing people together around shared priorities and clear plans.
What You’ll Do
Plan, Align, and Deliver
- Develop and manage weekly and monthly production and capacity plans that align demand, service, and cost objectives across the network
- Maintain high standards of data integrity to support accurate inventory, capacity, and service decisions
- Co-lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process at the category level in partnership with Demand Planning
Drive Proactive Problem Solving
- Identify risks to service, inventory, or capacity early—and communicate clear, actionable solutions
- Own and maintain inputs used to calculate safety stock and inventory targets, ensuring plans reflect real-world conditions
- Track performance against targets and continuously refine planning assumptions based on plant capability and execution
Collaborate Across Winland
- Serve as the Supply Chain Category Lead for the Daily Review & Response (R&R) process, working alongside Customer Service, Transportation, and Operations
- Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development for assigned plants or categories
- Partner on cross-functional initiatives including:
- New Product Introductions
- Network changes and capacity assessments
- Item transitions and optimization efforts
Lead Through Influence
- Share best practices and coach peers on planning processes and systems
- Support continuity across the supply chain by providing backup and cross-functional coverage as needed
- Participate in special projects that strengthen Winland’s supply chain capabilities

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, replenishment, demand planning, or materials management
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with supply planning systems; SAP and Lagility experience is a plus
- APICS / CPIM certification preferred
- Experience supporting multi-plant or network-level planning ideal
