Job Summary
Broadband (BB) operations, the process of configuring and managing packages and devices involves bridging the gap between product strategy and technical execution.
Job Description
Roles & Responses.
- Configuration, Operate and Manage about BB Packages/ Device on realted system to sell to customers, including defining the package conditions and sales channels correctly according to the requirements, as well as testing all conditions to ensure accuracy before offering them to customers.
- Co-ordinate with other team related in developing promotion package for ex., IT Team / Engineering team, to serve market and compete with competitors
- Solving issues & Maintain FBB product and package with quality to be serve customers satisfaction
- To create requirements and service designs for offering new package to customers to boost BB Business revenue.
Qualifications.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science
- 2-3 years experience in configuration process related to Fixed BB business, IoT, Router Device, Non-Telecom deviceand etc.
- Able to apply technological knowledge to marketing functions , Collaboration skills, Good in Teamwork and EQ
