SWBC is seeking a talented individual to develops, executes, and manages traditional and digital marketing campaigns that promote company products, services, and overall brand by utilizing various media including print, direct mail, online, social media, paid search, and email marketing; provides guidance and support to the Marketing Programs Managers through expertise in a variety of disciplines including copy writing, digital and traditional campaign development, branding, collateral development, and project management, as well as online and direct marketing; collaborates with departmental leadership to lead, formulate, and implement business development strategies as well as a wide variety of projects in a fast-paced work environment; and performs a wide range of routine to complex duties and responsibilities that include, but are not limited to working with internal and external customers to develop sales collateral, advertising, product flyers, direct marketing, and web campaigns for both direct-to-consumer and business-to-business channels.

Essential duties include the following:
- Develops inbound and outbound marketing campaigns focused on growing revenue, manages tactics and execution, and measures ROI to deliver positive results. .
- Develops and implements marketing strategies based on divisional and company goals, industry trends, branding, positioning, and budget.
- Writes, edits, and produces content to include but not limited to blog posts, marketing collateral, video scripts, eBooks, advertising copy, email marketing, and social media content.
- Provides guidance and leadership to team members; and trains and supports as a team lead to staff as it relates to processes, procedures, strategic campaign development, and project management.
- Represents Marketing management during client meetings and campaign pitches.
- Conducts research and/or obtains self-led training by reading trade publications, online articles, and attending conferences or seminars to stay up-to-date on industry trends and gain additional marketing knowledge.
Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field or equivalent experience.
- At least five (5) years in marketing campaigns and strategies development, content production such as blog posts and advertising, or other related experience.
- Strong knowledge in developing new strategies that benefit the company's marketing efforts.
- Proficient with inbound marketing campaign and strategic marketing development.
- Strong copywriting, content development, and editing.
- Understand business-to-business and business-to-consumer social media best practices.
- Strong knowledge of grammar and style standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proficient computer and accurate keyboard skills in utilizing computer applications such as MS Word and Excel.
- Working knowledge of general office equipment such as phone system, copier, scanner, and the like.
- Able to sit for long periods of time performing sedentary activities.
- Able to push, pull, or lift 10-20 lbs. of files, marketing materials, manuals, or other office materials.
