What is the opportunity?
Partnering with the Caribbean marketing team, you will develop digital strategies to drive acquisition, awareness and leads across all Personal and Commercial Products in the Pan-Caribbean region.

What will you?
- Lead, develop, and coach the team while fostering accountability, innovation and collaboration to maximize team effectiveness.
- Partner with Caribbean-based marketing colleagues to ensure digital campaign strategies are integrated with traditional marketing tactics and aligned to business goals.
- Collaborate with RBC's Performance Marketing team to create, refresh, and optimize lead generation campaigns across all digital channels, paid search, Google, and social platforms (both established and emerging). Own the full cycle from developing performance ads to launching campaigns and continuously optimizing results, ensuring every initiative stays on time, on brand, and performs at its best.
- Develop expertise of the Caribbean digital landscape and recommend innovative digital campaign test and learn opportunities.
- Develop and execute on the digital campaign strategy to drive leads and build awareness; produce timely reporting that includes campaign performance, actionable insights and business impact.
- Collaborate with external vendor Interad to facilitate the build of campaign landing pages and lead qualification tools and forms.
- Collaborate with external vendor Kobie to facilitate email builds, while leading the creation and management of all campaign, operational, and regulatory communications.
- Own and manage RBC Caribbean's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Yext), consistently boosting ads and content, delivering performance reporting, and ensuring all activity maintains brand standards.
- Ensure business and marketing objectives are incorporated into the development of online pages and tools while applying industry best practices and past learning.
- Provide analytics for campaign pages and online tools that provide insights and help guide future action.
- Manage budget and optimize marketing spend for all centrally led acquisition programs, including invoice tracking and forecasting for all acquisition programs.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have:
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Campaign Management.
- 7+ years of Marketing Experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Intermediate knowledge of web page development and ability to communicate with external web developers and internal webmaster. Beginner knowledge of HTML/CSS would be helpful.
- Intermediate knowledge of web page tag management, specifically to request their implementation and test functionality.
- Intermediate digital media-buying experience along with a solid understanding of digital ad formats and best practices across various channels.
- Knowledge of Google Data Studio or Tableau to help facilitate reporting.
- Emerging digital ad trends and evolving industry changes knowledge.
