About the department


Franklin Templeton Investment Solutions delivers multi-asset investment solutions that combine global expertise across public and private markets. The FTIS Marketing team sits within the investment organization and partners closely with portfolio managers, analysts, and global marketing colleagues to position capabilities, support client growth, and build the FTIS brand worldwide. The team operates in a collaborative, international environment, offering exposure to senior stakeholders, complex investment strategies, and global markets.


How you will add value


Core Responsibilities

  • You will create tailored presentations for clients, events, and new business.

  • You will simplify complex investment strategies into clear marketing messages.

  • You will support regional campaigns with relevant FTIS content.

  • You will build strong knowledge of FTIS products and solutions.


Strategic Responsibilities

  • You will help strengthen FTIS visibility across international markets.

  • You will contribute to thought leadership and investment communications.


Team & Collaboration

  • You will partner with designers to deliver high-quality materials.

  • You will collaborate with investment, marketing, and client teams.

  • You will support APAC and EMEA stakeholders as a marketing contact.

  • You will assist with media, digital, and social initiatives.

What will help you be successful in this role


Experience & Education

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, knowledge about mutual funds preferred but not a must.

  • Bachelor’s degree.


Technical Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with comfort in drafting, editing, and refining professional marketing and client-facing content.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, with experience developing presentation materials; working knowledge of Excel and Word required.

  • Ability to translate information from spreadsheets, data, and portfolio analysis into clear and accurate marketing or presentation content.


Soft Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and build trusted working relationships, ideally across multiple functions, geographies, and seniority levels.

  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.

  • Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working independently.

  • Comfortable operating in a global, fast-paced environment.
