Job Description

Your Role:
We are seeking an organized, creative, and motivated marketer to join Invesco as a Senior Marketer for Professional Buyer and Insurance Marketing. This role offers the opportunity to support creative execution while also helping shape marketing strategy and approach. You will develop a strong understanding of client needs, stay focused on trends and innovations impacting investment professionals, and use insights and measurements to refine campaigns and influence client behavior. Working closely with the Director, fellow marketers, and cross‑functional partners, you will help deliver a differentiated marketing program that drives business growth and enhances the client experience.

You will be responsible for:

  • Partner with marketing leadership to develop and deliver marketing plans for Professional Buyer and Insurance audiences aligned to business objectives.
  • Manage day‑to‑day execution of integrated campaigns across email, digital, events, paid/earned media, and sales enablement, working with business partners and subject matter experts.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing partners to understand audience segments and ensure clear, relevant, and effective messaging and positioning.
  • Lead campaign execution from brief through delivery, partnering with Content, Digital, Email, Design, Social, Events, Advertising, and Media Relations teams.
  • Deliver consistent, high‑quality marketing communications that support Professional Buyers and Insurance firms across the full client lifecycle.
  • Use data and performance metrics to evaluate results, optimize campaigns, and inform future planning.
  • Partner with sales to support distribution efforts by providing impactful marketing programs, content, and tools that enhance client engagement.
  • Strengthen proprietary marketing programs and industry events, including conferences and sponsorships, while maintaining strong internal partnerships, competitive awareness, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Passionate, proactive, and highly motivated with a lifelong‑learning mindset; thrives in a fast‑paced environment
  • Self‑starter and effective problem solver with a strong commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
  • Strong relationship builder and collaborative teammate with the ability to influence across teams and levels
  • Excellent communicator, able to engage partners and leaders across diverse subject areas and levels of seniority
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple initiatives with competing priorities and deliverables
  • Demonstrated ability to perform and deliver results in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Salesforce and workflow tools preferred
