The Opportunity

Are you an experienced transformation leader ready to elevate an enterprise‑wide capability? We’re seeking a Senior Manager – Transformation Practice & Maturity to strengthen, mature and evolve QBE’s transformation practice across the International division.

This role sits at the heart of our change ecosystem - partnering with senior leaders, shaping standards, embedding ways of working, and ensuring our transformation practitioners operate at a consistently high level. You’ll work closely with leaders across Project Management, Business Change, and Business Analysis practices, ensuring alignment, coordination and continuous uplift.

This is a significant leadership role suited to someone with deep expertise, professional gravitas, and the ability to influence at senior levels. It is not a learning opportunity - we are seeking someone who is already operating with strong maturity, strategic capability, and professional authority.

Having the right to work in the UK is a requirement for this role.  QBE may consider sponsorship at its discretion.
