About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Own the product strategy, architecture, and operations of the ecosystem that powers Employee Impact and Equality Groups (Employee Impact Hub, Employee Impact Exchange & Equality Group Network). You will be the single-threaded owner across Salesforce Products (Sales/Experience/Service/Data/Einstein/Slack) integrating with Benevity, Epoch, Workday, Slack, Tableau, and Marketing Cloud, delivering secure, scalable features, reliable data, and measurable adoption and CSAT. This is a hands-on technical product leadership role—less program administration, more design, retrofitting, data governance, and integration working in tight partnership with ES Product Management, Equality, Engagement,  Impact, Philanthropy, IT/DET, Employee Comms, and other leaders.

What You’ll Do

Product Strategy & Roadmap (Technical)

  • Define a product roadmap that sequences features and integrations (Workday, Benevity, Epoch, Slack, MC) using clear acceptance criteria, SLIs/SLOs, and adoption targets.

  • Convert leadership, policy and program goals into enforceable platform configurations (perm sets, sharing, approvals, flows, AI/Agents).

  • Run backlog, grooming, release planning, and measure outcomes with product analytics.

Platform Architecture & Salesforce Administration

  • Serve as design authority for data model, declarative automation (Flow) for Apex, Tableau and other third party tool data flows.

  • Establish release management (sandboxes, change sets/DevOps tooling), versioning, and UAT practices.

  • Define perm set strategy, record access models, and platform security controls.

Data, Integrations & Governance

  • Design data residency/export to Tableau, Slack, Benevity and more

  • Lead integrations (APIs, middleware, platform events) across Workday, Benevity, Epoch, Slack, and internal services

  • Stand up data governance (lineage, quality rules, stewardship, PII handling), and establish KPIs.

Operations, Reliability & Support

  • Create incident management policies and procedures and operational dashboards.

  • Implement observability (logs, alerts, adoption/product metrics) and capacity planning.

  • Build and maintain knowledge base, admin guides, and enablement for large employee audiences.

Stakeholder & Change Leadership

  • Facilitate technical discovery; turn requirements into user stories, sequence diagrams, and config specs.

  • Partner with Employee Comms to ship change management comms (release notes, training, MC journeys) that reach up to 75% of the company.

  • Manage vendor relationships and SLAs, aligning external roadmaps (e.g., Benevity) to internal priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years in technical product/platform roles (Salesforce-centric), shipping enterprise features and integrations at scale.

  • 5+ years Salesforce administration/architecture: data model, Flows, permissioning, working knowledge of Sales, Service, Experience, Tableau & Data Clouds.

  • Proven delivery across multi-system integrations (e.g., Workday, Benevity, Epoch, Slack, Tableau/MC) with CI/CD and UAT discipline.

  • Strong data engineering literacy (API patterns, ETL/ELT concepts, data contracts, quality rules, PII governance).

  • Demonstrated security & compliance experience (RBAC, auditability, privacy regulations) in a matrixed environment.

  • Excellent product and project management skills: prioritization, trade-offs, UX enablement, and measurement of adoption and business outcomes.

  • Effective communicator to executive leadership, technical, and non-technical audiences; strong vendor and budget stewardship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator (201) and Data Cloud certifications; and/or Platform App Builder a plus.

  • ETL/ELT concepts, PII handling

  • Designing Agents & Einstein Capabilities (use-case scoping, tool/routing design, prompt patterns)

  • Tableau Certified or related experience

  • Experience with migrations & implementations of new platforms

  • Background in enterprise software deployments and change management for large employee populations.

  • Familiarity with Workday and Slack Apps and integrations

Core Competencies

  • Systems thinking with pragmatic delivery

  • Deep Salesforce  configuration & integration expertise

  • Data governance and product analytics mindset

  • Clear, audience-aware communication

  • Bias for automation, quality, and reliability

  • Collaborative leadership with crisp accountability

Success looks like: documented schema and security model, disciplined releases, trusted exports to Tableau/MC, reduced integration incidents, and measurable feature adoption—delivered by a single owner who is equal parts technical product manager and platform lead.
