Primary Accountabilities
Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, trust, and inclusion. Set clear goals, provide continuous feedback, and support the professional growth of your team members.
Serve as a key member of the department leadership team, championing the organization's mission, vision, and values through expert influence and strategic contribution.
Translate the enterprise employer brand vision into a comprehensive activation strategy. Own the development and management of multi-channel campaigns, content, and storytelling that bring our Talent Value Proposition to life and measure their impact.
Develop the programmatic strategy to bring the enterprise talent lifecycle framework to life. Partner with HR COEs and business partners to design, implement, and continuously optimize programs that create a consistent and meaningful employee experience.
Partner with key HR functions, including Total Rewards and Talent Development, to ensure our employer brand and values are consistently embedded throughout all people programs and initiatives.
Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable onboarding programs, ensuring new hires are equipped for success and fostering a culture of engagement from day one.
Oversee the offboarding experience to ensure a respectful and smooth transition, fostering a positive alumni network that turns former employees into lifelong brand ambassadors.
Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention, ensuring our talent feels connected and committed to the organization.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
Expertise in brand management, with a deep understanding of how to apply brand principles in an employee-centric context.
HR and marketing knowledge: A hybrid skill set with the proven ability to apply marketing principles (e.g., audience segmentation, campaign management, content strategy) to build and strengthen a compelling talent brand.
Experience with digital marketing channels and platforms, including social media (especially LinkedIn), career sites, and content management systems.
Skilled in crafting compelling and tailored messaging for diverse audiences, from external candidates to senior leadership.
Demonstrated ability to connect talent initiatives directly to business outcomes and enterprise brand goals.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, measure the effectiveness of talent and brand initiatives, and deliver data-driven recommendations.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a high degree of empathy, enabling you to build authentic relationships and create positive experiences for both candidates and employees.

In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the office. Candidates should reside within approximately 35-50 miles of one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110
