Who You Are

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead Global Sales hiring. This role is responsible for Account Executive and Sales Leadership recruiting across regions, directly managing a team supporting the Americas and overseeing a Recruiting Manager responsible for EMEA and APAC hiring.

This is a dedicated people leadership role with significant executive exposure. You will serve as the primary Talent Acquisition partner to VP and SVP-level Sales leaders in the Americas, while ensuring global alignment through your management of regional leadership. Hands-on recruiting for senior Director-level and above positions as needed.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and shape global Sales hiring strategy in close partnership with senior revenue leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Lead and develop a global Sales recruiting team, including 2–5 recruiters (FTE and contractors) and a Recruiting Manager overseeing EMEA/APAC, driving performance, accountability, and consistency across regions
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior Sales leadership, providing market insight and hiring counsel
  • Establish structured, data-informed interview processes and decision frameworks globally
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, RevOps, and HR to forecast headcount and hiring timelines
  • Personally execute high-impact Director-level searches and sensitive leadership hires

For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed below.

Compensation Range
$150,000$195,000 USD
