What we do
We're looking for a Senior Recruiter or Senior Recruiter II (experience dependent) to join our team as a generalist, supporting a variety of areas including Client Services, Corporate Functions and Technology across the EMEA region. We see this role as multi-faceted including partnering on live, open headcount, along with strategic talent intelligence across and proactive pipelining for incremental headcount increases and/or planned attrition. If you happen to be tech savvy and can bring some AI agents to the table to proactively support on Sourcing and Market Mapping, even better!
You should be passionate about making connections and excited by the quest to find entrepreneurial and ambitious talent both in the UK, across Europe and on occasion, in the MEA region. You will be expected to get involved in several operational projects, to help us continue to improve our recruitment processes for the teams we partner with, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience is at the forefront of everything we do.
We remain open-minded as to the types of groups you have supported in the past but we do intend to prioritise candidates who have supported at least two of the following: GTM (Business Development or Client Services), Corporate Functions, Technology
