What You Can Expect

As the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for India, you will report directly to the Head of Global Recruitment and serve as a critical leader in defining and executing a regional hiring strategy aligned to global workforce priorities. This role plays a pivotal part in strengthening the Global Recruitment organization through disciplined execution, scalable processes, and data‑driven decision‑making.

You will oversee and deliver end‑to‑end recruitment across India, building and developing a high‑performing team of recruitment professionals who act as strategic advisors to the business. Your mandate is to elevate talent acquisition outcomes by leveraging market intelligence, operational metrics, and inclusive hiring practices to meet current and future workforce demands.

  • Define and execute the India talent acquisition strategy, aligned with global workforce priorities and business objectives.
  • Lead end‑to‑end recruitment operations across India, ensuring timely, high‑quality hiring outcomes.
  • Build, develop, and manage a high‑performing recruitment team, positioning recruiters as strategic advisors to the business.
  • Implement and govern standardized recruitment processes to drive consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Develop and execute region‑specific hiring strategies informed by local labor market insights and workforce demand.
  • Leverage recruitment technology, data, and analytics to enhance hiring effectiveness, inform decision‑making, and optimize performance.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, HR business partners, and senior leaders to proactively address talent needs.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive recruitment experience, with demonstrated expertise in full‑cycle hiring and workforce planning.
  • At least 5 years of people management experience in a Talent Acquisition role, with a proven track record of building, mentoring, and leading high‑performing recruitment teams.
  • Prior experience supporting semiconductor and/or technology organizations, with a strong understanding of competitive technical talent markets.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and systems, including LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Workday, and related sourcing and applicant tracking technologies.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with experience using recruiting metrics, dashboards, and data insights to drive decision‑making and continuous improvement.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to translate complex data and trends into clear, compelling executive‑level presentations and reports.
  • Continuous learning mindset, approaching challenges with curiosity, resilience, and a data‑driven approach to problem solving.
  • Demonstrated inclusive mindset, with the ability to operate across diverse global cultures and a strong commitment to fostering equitable and inclusive hiring practices.
