Our Recruitment, Inclusion, and Culture (RIC) team seeks a Senior Manager to drive business outcomes across the North America market. As the recruiting leader for North America, you will lead a team of recruiting professionals and work with senior leaders to attract top talent and enable career growth at HP.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a market recruiting team, including hiring, coaching, providing performance feedback, developing and enabling career growth in alignment with organizational goals.
Drive optimization of recruitment processes for efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with laws and company policies, implementing improvements for flexibility and speed.
Develop and track talent acquisition metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
Integrate the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) into the recruitment process to enhance a positive candidate experience.
Provide consultative and advisory thought leadership on competitive sourcing strategies, trends, and emerging talent acquisition practices.
Develop and achieve hiring targets at the market level.
Build strong cross-functional relationships with HR and business management teams to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
Oversee the development and implementation of annual recruitment strategies and strategic hiring projects, proactively planning for business demands.
Enable the recruitment team to utilize key tools and channels to reach both passive and active candidates.
Act as a strategic advisor, effectively managing stakeholder alignment at all levels.
Continuously work to enable and expand own and team’s knowledge on recruitment trends, the talent market, and competitive insights.

Education & Experience Recommended
At least 5-7 years of management experience as a talent acquisition manager leading international teams of high-performing recruitment/HR professionals.
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Effective communication, advice, and mentoring, including in situations regarding conflict management and performance management.
Ability to influence and advise business leaders about talent acquisition best practices.
Understanding of Business Strategies and Employer branding to align recruitment efforts with business goals.
Expertise in Customer Relationship Management
Experience in Full-Cycle Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Technical Recruitment.
Proficient in Recruitment Planning and Recruitment Strategies.
Strong experience in data analytics, data driven results, delivering, and communicating metrics Superior process improvement and Project Management skills for overseeing recruitment projects.
Familiarity with Digital and Social Media platforms for recruitment efforts.
Experience with HR Systems (Workday, Eightfold) for managing HR processes and data effectively.

The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
