About the role:
The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition is a strategic and people-focused leader responsible for designing, optimizing, and executing the organization’s talent acquisition strategy. This role leads a team of recruiters and collaborates closely with business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent that supports organizational goals. The Senior Manager partners across HR functions to elevate employer brand, streamline hiring processes, and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
What we’re looking for:
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, fostering capability growth and operational excellence.
- Build and execute the organization’s talent acquisition strategy aligned to business priorities and workforce plans.
- Partner with senior leaders to understand talent needs, advising on market trends, recruitment strategies, and talent pipeline development.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to measure recruitment effectiveness, team performance, and quality of hire.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across all business units, ensuring
- consistency, quality, and efficiency.
- Hands-on people management: Lead and coach the Talent Acquisition team by distributing roles and requisitions based on the hiring model, providing guidance on complex background check issues, and developing role-specific hiring strategies that support efficiency and quality of hire.
- Optimize processes, technology, and tools—including ATS systems—to improve hiring speed and experience.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and best practices in recruitment and selection.
- Host training sessions for people managers across the organization to educate the team on the recruitment process and best practices for success.
- Lead end to end recruitment process for high level roles such as specialized Directors, and VP – C-level.
Talent Pipeline & Employer Branding
- Build proactive, scalable talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, including critical roles and emerging skill sets.
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives in partnership with Communications/Marketing to showcase culture, values, and employee experience.
- Cultivate relationships with external partners such as universities, industry associations, and recruitment agencies.
- Manage relationships with job boards and ensure strong recruitment strategies are in place.
Stakeholder & Candidate Experience
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on competencies, assessment strategies, and talent decisions.
- Ensure strong partnership with HRBP team and a unified one team approach to all hiring needs.
- Champion a consistent, engaging, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support DEI recruitment strategies to ensure diverse talent pools and equitable hiring outcomes.

What you can expect - pay & process:
- Expected base salary range is $110,000 - $125,000 plus the opportunity to earn an annual incentive bonus tied to performance.
