Die Private Bank (PB) befindet sich auf dem Weg zu einer konsequent KI‑gestützten Organisation und denkt grundlegend neu, wie Lösungen sowie Kundenerlebnisse konzipiert, umgesetzt und skaliert werden. Im Bereich Strategic Programs unterstützt du die AI‑getriebene Transformation entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette der Private Bank. Dabei hilfst du, bereichsübergreifende Initiativen zu orchestrieren, die Business, Technologie, Daten und Operations miteinander verbinden – mit dem klaren Ziel, nahtlose, skalierbare und differenzierende Kundenreisen zu schaffen. Die Rolle ist im Zentrum der KI‑gestützten Transformation angesiedelt und vereint strategische Weitsicht, analytische Stärke und umsetzungsorientierte Umsetzung.
Deine Aufgaben
Du treibst die KI‑Transformation voran, indem du strategische Zielbilder in skalierbare Umsetzungs‑Roadmaps übersetzt und die Einhaltung von AI‑Governance‑, regulatorischen und Risikorahmen sicherstellst.
Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die strategische Umsetzung, indem du bereichsübergreifende Initiativen steuerst und eine wertorientierte Umsetzung sicherstellst.
Du stellst die konsistente Integration von KI‑ sowie End‑to‑End‑Fähigkeiten über Business‑ und Technologiedomänen hinweg sicher.
Du agierst als Trusted Advisor für Senior Stakeholder aus Business, IT und Operations und förderst eine enge Abstimmung und gemeinsame Zielerreichung.
Du wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung einer leistungsstarken, kollaborativen Transformationskultur sowie eines KI‑gestützten Mindsets in der Private Bank (PB) mit.
Deine Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen
Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (z. B. in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Finanzen, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Fachbereich) oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation.
Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung in Strategie‑, Transformations‑ oder Projekt‑ bzw. Programmsteuerung im Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld.
Du hast ein tiefgehendes Verständnis von Bankprozessen und Operating Models, idealerweise im Personal und Private Banking.
Du verbindest ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen mit einer hands‑on‑orientierten Umsetzungsmentalität.
Du bewegst dich sicher in komplexen Stakeholder‑Umfeldern und treibst aktiv Abstimmung und Zielausrichtung voran.
Du verfügst über exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.

About the area
The Private Bank (PB) is on a journey to become a truly AI-enabled organization, fundamentally rethinking how we design, deliver and scale solutions and customer experience. In Strategic Programs, you will play a key role in driving AI-enabled transformation across the value chain of the Private Bank. You will orchestrate cross-functional initiatives that connect business, technology, data and operations, with the clear objective to create seamless, scalable and differentiated client journeys. This role sits at the heart of our transformation agenda and requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, execution power and stakeholder orchestration.
Your key responsibilities
You drive AI transformation by translating strategic ambition into scalable implementation roadmaps and ensure alignment with AI governance, regulatory and risk frameworks.
You take responsibility for strategic delivery by managing cross-functional initiatives and value based execution.
You will ensure consistent integration of AI and end-to-end capabilities across business and technology domains.
You act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across business, IT and operations, facilitate alignment.
You will contribute actively to further developing a high-performing, collaborative transformation culture and AI-enabled mindset in the Private Bank (PB).
Your skills and experiences
You have successfully completed a university degree (e.g. in business administration, economics, finance, engineering, or a comparable field) or hold an equivalent qualification.
You have solid experience in strategy, transformation, and/or project or program delivery within the financial services industry.
You have a deep understanding of banking processes and operating models, ideally in Personal and Private Banking.
You combine strong analytical thinking with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
You confidently navigate complex stakeholder environments and actively drive alignment and shared objectives.
You have excellent communication skills in German and English.
