About the Role
The Senior Manager, Strategic Planning & Execution plays a critical role in supporting the strategic agenda for Fast Growing Markets. As a key partner to the Head of Strategic Planning & Execution, President and regional leadership teams, this role drives strategic planning cycles, provides market and business insights, and supports the delivery of transformation and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong strategic thinking, analytical capability, and the ability to work effectively across markets and functions to accelerate performance and enable informed decision‑making.
Support the development and refinement of market and regional strategic plans aligned with global priorities.
Conduct in‑depth analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in partnership with local teams.
Synthesize findings into clear strategic recommendations and prepare executive-ready presentation materials for senior leadership.
Contribute to the identification and scoping of transformation initiatives across commercial, operational, and digital areas.
Define key performance indicators, track progress, and highlight risks or gaps to ensure initiatives remain on track.
Work collaboratively with cross‑functional stakeholders to support execution and enable alignment, without direct line management responsibility.
Assess new market opportunities, business model options, and partnership considerations to support growth plans.
Contribute to market assessments, including research, analysis, and integration support when required.
Champion data‑driven, digital, and innovative approaches that enhance scalability and market performance.
Serve as a thought partner to leadership by providing insights, structured analysis, and strategic viewpoints.
Develop briefing documents, strategic updates, and communication materials for senior and regional forums.
Drive clarity and alignment across global and local teams through cohesive, compelling storytelling.
~8–12 years of experience in strategy, transformation, business planning, or management consulting, ideally within high‑growth or emerging markets.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
Highly analytical with strong problem‑solving capabilities, able to structure and synthesize complex data and business issues.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience preparing materials for senior executives.
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in matrixed, global environments.
Commercial experience in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
