Directs the strategic plans for the Sales, Marketing and Customer Service teams critical to the success of the company
Drives and leads the team and ensure strategies are implemented well to achieve the corporate objectives
Determines strategy for significant business function and/or multiple areas of responsibility, and influence the strategy of other areas within the company
Oversees the implementation of programs for distributor force and customer growth, retention, and motivation, as well as leadership development.
Directs and oversees a cohesive, impactful marketing communications program which supports key initiatives, product launches and market development programs, digital marketing and public relation.
Ensure a high level of customer service standard is maintained well to support the business objectives.
Manages, mentors, and works with Managers to train team members to increase their overall contribution and value to the organization
