You will be responsible for the following:
- Work closely with stakeholders to define product requirements, specifications, and user stories, ensuring clear and effective communication across teams.
- Collaborate with Tech & Ops teams, Rollout, Data Privacy Office, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to inform product strategy and positioning.
- Drive product innovation to enhance merchant experiences and meet business objectives.
- Lead the technical development of Merchant Payment products, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Oversee the product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and continuous improvement
- Coordinate with the Merchant Payments Product Owner and Technology team to prioritize features and manage the product backlog
- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security in product design and implementation
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Merchant Bills Payment products.
- Collaborate with Bills Payment Product Owner and Disbursements Commercial Manager to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Establish pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales initiatives in alignment with business goals.
- Engage with key clients and partners to gather feedback and strengthen relationships.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage risks associated with payment products
- Develops and executes the Merchant Payments Product Roadmap to achieve business goals.
- Successfully launches new payment products and features, meeting time-to-market objectives.
- Achieves product adoption targets, revenue goals, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Provides regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
