WHOOP is hiring a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead high-impact product design work while helping shape and grow the design organization. This role will begin as a senior individual contributor, owning critical product initiatives and driving exceptional user experiences across complex systems, including AI-powered capabilities. Over time, this role will evolve into a player–coach position, supporting and developing designers while maintaining a strong connection to hands-on design execution.
