Senior Manager, Process Automation

• Leads, mentors and develops a high-performing team of Business Analysts (BAs). Develops and implements feedback, development plans and training resources to ensure BA team is knowledgeable and aligned with clear processes that provide scalability of intelligent automation solutions

• Analyzes and implements systems and tools to increase team productivity and streamline internal processes

• Acts as resource manager, and partners on task assignment, resource allocation, and estimation activities

• Develops and tracks internal key performance metrics to measure team effectiveness and efficiency and works with development team to improve performance end-to-end

• Identifies areas to expand the use of intelligent automation

• Defines business view of feasible solutions for project scope and/or business needs including but not limited to stakeholder analyses, business benefits and justification to invest in the solution

• Reviews and prioritizes automation opportunities in collaboration with stakeholder leadership as well as ensuring visibility into intelligent automation performance and its impact on the business objectives.

• Performs demand planning activities for the automation portfolio of work and works with development team to ensure team is appropriately staffed to meet demand

• Ensures Stakeholder groups are provided with clear documentation and bot ownership is transferred cleanly upon production

Education:

• Requires some training in fields such as computer science, MIS, business administration or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Work Experience:

• Min 7 years directly related and progressively responsible experience;

• Experience working with Blockchain solutions and familiar with use cases for RPA.

• Experience managing a remote team

Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong background in business process analysis, requirements, and design, experience in data modeling and detailed functional design is a plus.

• Ability to distill requirements on technical topics into written goals and stories without getting bogged down in the implementation details.

• Good relationship building and interpersonal skills

• Ability to quickly visualize complex implementation plans with multiple stakeholders and cross-domain dependencies to determine critical paths.

• Excellent verbal and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.

• Proven ability to handle many diverse projects at once and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

• Resourceful, self-motivated and able to meet responsibilities with minimal direct supervision.

• Accountable team player with a constructive attitude, problem-solving and customer service mindset.
