We are seeking a strategic, impact-driven Senior Manager, People Services Enablement to lead the coordination and readiness required to successfully expand existing services, launch new countries and other key service adoption initiatives. The individual will partner across HR, technology, and operations to embed standard ways of working, drive adoption of best practices, and elevate overall service maturity.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate the launch of new People Services offerings from design through go-live, ensuring alignment across Business Unit HR teams, CoEs, HR Technology, and People Services operations.
  • Act as the central point of coordination to bring together key stakeholders and ensure service launch activities are sequenced, tracked, and delivered on time.
  • Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional workshops (with Business Units, CoEs, HR Technology, and Operations) to align on scope, design decisions, readiness, and implementation plans for new and expanded People Services offerings.
  • Act as the central point of coordination to bring together key stakeholders and ensure service launch activities are sequenced, tracked, and delivered on time.
  • Coordinate service documentation, knowledge content, process maps etc., required to support new launches and service expansions.
  • Define and institutionalize service excellence standards, including KPIs, quality benchmarks, and continuous improvement practices for work that will be transitioned to People Services.
  • Coordinate and lead change enablement initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of new processes, tools, and operating models.
  • Monitor early performance of newly launched or expanded services and coordinate stabilization efforts, issue resolution, and continuous improvement actions.
  • Coordinate with all relevant stake holders to drive automations and process excellence for work to be transitioned.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of structured report-outs and governance updates for leadership, summarizing progress on service launches and expansions, key decisions, risks, dependencies, and readiness status.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires: A University Degree, preferably in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in HR Operations, Project Management, or process improvement roles.
  • Prior experience leading enterprise-level or cross-functional HR initiatives.
  • Project Management skills with expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Experience working with HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) and process mapping tools.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • MBA or Lean Six Sigma Certification

  • PMP Certification

  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

  • Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive alignment in a matrixed environment.

  • Work near one of the main ES hubs, such as Cedar Rapids, IA or Farmington, CT supporting a hybrid role type.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
