What is the opportunity? 

The Senior Manager, Operations Process Engineering will report to Director, Operations Process Engineering Practice & Optimization. You will lead large-scale process transformation initiatives, driving measurable business outcomes across Operations teams - Cash Services, Payments & Trade and Finance Shared Services. This role partners closely with process owners and senior stakeholders to optimize business processes from a client/employee experience, productivity, risk, and scalability lens. Our team is specifically accountable for identifying process improvement opportunities and working with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that result in improvements to efficiency, productivity, digitization, and risk reduction.

You will also serve as the transformation lead — providing seamless macro level strategy to micro level process redesign. This individual operates independently with minimal oversight and is accountable for advancing Operations maturity at scale.

What You Will Do

  • Enterprise Transformation Leadership: Lead complex, cross-functional transformation programs from strategy through execution and sustained value realization.
  • End-to-End Process Engineering: Conduct deep process diagnostics (current state assessment, E2E design, mapping, value stream analysis, root cause assessment) to identify productivity, risk, and experience improvement opportunities.
  • Digital & AI Enablement: Identify and deploy automation and AI capabilities (GenAI, AI Agents, RPA, workflow tools) to truly reimagine our operations at scale.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Partner with data teams to extract insights, define KPIs, quantify benefits, and monitor transformation outcomes.
  • Stakeholder & Governance Management: Participate in senior-level forums, align cross-functional partners, manage risks/dependencies, and drive decision-making with clarity.
  • Process Repository & Capability Stewardship: Strengthen process inventory governance and enable scalable transformation through structured documentation and standards.

What do you need to succeed? 

Must-have:

  • 5+ years Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs with executive visibility and measurable business impact.
  • Deep expertise in end-to-end process engineering ( current state assessment, E2E/F2B design, Lean, process mapping, value stream analysis, root cause diagnostics).
  • Strong analytical acumen, problem-solving, critical thinking, time management, organizational, and communication (written/oral) skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently navigate ambiguity and influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Keen interest in leveraging Data and cutting technology and AI solutions to drive insights & optimize operations processes. Experience deploying digital/automation capabilities (GenAI, AI Agents, RPA, workflow tools) within operational environments.

  • Exceptional executive storytelling and presentation skills, with ability to simplify complex problems into structured narratives.
  • Advanced structured problem-solving capabilities with systems-thinking mindset.

Nice-to-have:

  • Background in Industrial Engineering, Consulting or similar.
  • Six Sigma, Lean, or BPM certifications.
  • Experience building or governing enterprise-level process repositories and transformation portfolios.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) with experience creating executive-level presentations and reports.
