We are seeking a Senior Manager for Operational Excellence to strengthen SMM governance, operational performance, and capability development. It covered audit compliance, and maintenance of industry accreditations to support business continuity. Drive organization excellence via health check, training framework implementation, and best practice sharing to enhance organization competencies. Additionally, it supports business development through IOC account management, tender strategy support, and centralized information management.
Governance & Compliance
Audit Management: Oversee and monitor SMM operational compliance in alignment with GIA (Group Internal Audit) standards.
Issue Resolution: Lead the follow-up on GIA audit findings, tracking progress and coordinating with operational teams to ensure timely closure of gaps.
Credentials Maintenance: Manage and upkeep the organization’s supply workheads and industry accreditations to ensure continuous eligibility for business opportunities.
Operational Excellence & Performance
Project Health Checks: Lead organizational project health checks; analyze performance data to identify trends and incorporate insights into the annual training workplan.
Knowledge Sharing: Lead and execute Best Practice Sessions to drive continuous improvement across teams.
Learning & Development
Training Framework: Lead the organizational training framework, ensuring all programs are executed on schedule and meet professional standards.
Business Development & Support
Account Management: Serve as the dedicated Account Holder for the IOC portfolio, supporting Business Development (BD) initiatives and client relationship management.
Tender Support: Provide strategic input and support for new tender bidding strategies to enhance win rates.
Information Management: Act as the central Record and Document Controller for SMM, ensuring data integrity and organized documentation.
