The Senior Manager of Online Enrollment Services at the University of Louisville leads the strategy and operations of our online student recruitment efforts, ensuring prospective students receive exceptional support from inquiry to application. This position directs a high-performing team to achieve enrollment goals for the University of Louisville’s online programs, setting clear targets, establishing performance metrics, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
A central focus of the role is leveraging data and technology to drive enrollment growth. The Senior Manager monitors and analyzes recruitment funnel performance, conversion rates, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and related tools, they oversee enhancements that strengthen prospective student engagement, improve counselor effectiveness, and ensure accurate, actionable reporting.
The Senior Manager works closely with academic units, student services, and other university stakeholders to align recruitment practices with program requirements, remove enrollment barriers, and implement coordinated strategies that advance UofL’s online enrollment priorities. They will bring a strong understanding of online education, student recruitment, enrollment management, and CRM optimization—along with the leadership skills to inspire a diverse, result-driven team.
This full-time position is located at the Belknap Campus. Hybrid work is available (three days on campus, two days remote) based on employee eligibility per the university’s remote work policy.
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for online programs and developing successful strategies to attract adult learners. They should be skilled in using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, preferably within an educational setting, and have a background in college admissions, higher education administration, or student services. Additionally, they should have a proven ability to create and implement comprehensive recruiting plans that drive enrollment and support institutional goals.
