What is the opportunity?
Successfully transitioning experienced advisor recruits and their clients to RBC is critical to RBC’s strategic growth. As a Senior Manager of the Advisor Onboarding team, you will own the end-to-end execution of small, mid-and-large sized onboards in partnership with each new advisor, their field leadership (branch and complex), other Onboarding team members and home office partners from across operations, product & solutions and training teams. You also have the responsibility of understanding where onboards are in their different phases to communicate to interested parties and plan resources accordingly. Our goal is to create a seamless transition experience for each new RBC advisor and their clients. This role requires travel up to 50% of the time.

The expected salary range for this particular position is $90,000-$160,000, (Minneapolis), $99,000-$176,000, (Monterey), depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
You have the potential to earn more through RBC’s discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
