WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE
The Senior Manager of Bioprocess Informatics and Computer Systems in Andover Site Technical Services oversees a team of data, computer, informatics, and validation scientists/engineers and has responsibility over the Andover site informatics and computer system assurance programs essential to GMP product production, new product introduction, and product and facility lifecycle management. Key elements of this role are outlined as follow.
WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE
• Develop and maintain site informatics strategy encompassing all site, network, and enterprise level information systems and infrastructure pertinent to maintaining and improving reliability, consistency, and efficiency impact GMP production and testing
• Manage team of data/informatics scientists, engineers, and technicians responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining informatics systems and solutions
• Site owner of Computer System Assurance (Validation) Program
• Create and maintain informatics programs and systems meeting or exceeding contemporary board of health expectations while conforming to applicable industry and Pfizer standards
• Establish/maintain site informatics infrastructure and develop data solutions necessary to support process lifecycle planning, process/method monitoring and improvement, process validation and continued process verification, investigations, knowledge management, manufacturing intelligence, inspections, regulatory submissions, and other board of heath queries
• Develop and execute site informatics strategy and implementation plan in collaboration with site and network stakeholders
• Local business owner for GMP and non-GMP information systems and applications supporting production, testing, validation, and process monitoring
• Site owner and head administrator of key informatics systems including and process analytics/manufacturing informatics management systems
• Actively engage in talent planning and colleague development for STS and the incumbent’s organization

QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have
BA/BS with 6+ years of experience
Ability to perform mathematical calculations, scientific computation, complex data analysis, verbal communication, written communication
Nice-to-Have
B/A/MS with 5+ years of experience or PhD or JD with 1+ years of experience.

Position is considered Flexible, and colleagues are expected to comply with Log In For Your Day (LIFYD) requirements at site location (e.g. about 2.5 days a week in office).
