Your team, MCA Tech & Ops, is dedicated to enabling superior customer and business outcomes by driving efficiency and effectiveness while mitigating risk. We manage high‑impact marketing processes, optimise MCA Marketing Technology (MarTech), and deliver expert support for prioritised initiatives.
As our platforms and capabilities mature, Tech & Ops play a critical role in scaling solutions across the Group, enabling consistent ways of working whilst supporting stronger risk controls, leading to better customer and business outcomes.

This role is pivotal in supporting the delivery of strategic technology initiatives that underpin Marketing’s customer communication tools, platforms, and processes.
Working closely with the Senior Product Manager Workfront and the Senior Product Manager DAM & Content Supply Chain, this role is responsible for enabling successful delivery, optimisation, adoption, and risk maturity of our core MarTech platforms (Adobe Workfont and DAM) across MCA and the broader Group.
The role blends technology and operations expertise with strong risk, governance, and delivery capability. It focuses on continuously improving process and user experience, mitigating operational and compliance risk through technology, and implementing new technology capabilities—including AI and automation—to improve customer and business outcomes. It requires a deep understanding of marketing technology ecosystems, and the ability to collaborate and problem solve across functions to drive outcomes through influence and execution. The role will deliver cross-functional initiatives, uplift risk and governance outcomes, and drive innovation.
Key responsibilities include
Deliver and optimise critical marketing and communication technology platforms
- Partner with Tech & Ops Senior Product Managers to drive and deliver continuous optimisation of Workfront, DAM and adjacent technology platforms - improving efficiency, user experience, governance and business outcomes
- Support end-to-end delivery of platform enhancements, including planning, coordination, testing (UAT/BVT), and deployment
- Support adoption, training, engagement and effective utilisation of platforms across MCA and the Group
- Identify and execute opportunities to streamline marketing workflows and content supply chain processes
- Support Group‑wide scale‑out of MCA platforms, ensuring consistency and optimisation of process and user experience
Strategic initiatives transforming how marketing and communications work gets done
- Identify and execute opportunities to streamline, standardise, and scale end‑to‑end marketing and content supply chain processes through technology solutions, leveraging automation and AI to streamline campaign delivery, reduce manual effort, and enhance customer outcomes
- Support the implementation of new MarTech platforms and capabilities for MCA
- Partner with Product, Technology, Risk and Business stakeholders to align delivery with strategic objectives
- Support broader Tech & Ops priorities, including contributing to quarterly planning (BRP), regulatory change, and execution of key strategic transformation initiatives
- Contribute to the evolution of Tech & Ops operating models, ways of working, and strategic direction
Embed strong risk, governance, and compliance by design
- Work closely with Risk and other MCA teams to identify, assess and uplift platforms and processes to optimise governance, controls, reporting and auditability across the full marketing and content lifecycle
- Support resolution of risk issues through technology and process improvements, ensuring alignment with internal frameworks, policies, and regulatory requirements
Drive delivery through collaboration
- Build trusted relationships across Business, Technology, Risk, and external vendor teams; provide senior coordination and oversight to manage priorities, dependencies, and delivery challenges—ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Turn insight into action
- Design and deliver reporting capabilities, dashboards, and metrics for risk, controls and operational performance, providing actionable insights that inform prioritisation, optimisation, and continuous improvement
- Contribute to governance forums, reporting, and stakeholder communications

- Significant experience (7+ years) in Technology & Operations, MarTech, Product Delivery, or related fields
- Strong experience working with MarTech platforms, including workflow and asset management (e.g Adobe Workfront, DAM) and content supply chain solutions
- Strong understanding of risk management, governance, and controls, ideally within a regulated environment
- Proven experience uplifting process, governance, controls, and risk outcomes through technology
- Proven ability to support and deliver technology initiatives in a large, matrixed organisation
- Demonstrated ability to partner with Technology, Business and Risk teams in complex environments
- Experience designing and delivering risk reporting and performance insights
- Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into action
- A strong delivery mindset with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Experience working in agile and hybrid delivery environments
- A natural curiosity for technology, automation, and AI‑enabled optimisation
Highly desirable
- Experience with Adobe Workfront, AEM Assets/DAM, or similar platforms
- Experience across marketing operations, campaign delivery, or content supply chains
- Familiarity with 1:1 marketing channels and processes
