As Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, you will build marketing ops from the ground up and help architect the backbone for the next phase of Xpansiv’s growth journey. In this hands-on role, you will develop strategy-aligned processes, manage marketing automation, and buy and build additional solutions – in order to deliver reliable data, trustworthy reporting, clean automation, and compliant processes across business lines and regions. Key Responsibilities
MAP Mastery: Administer and evolve Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), including configuration, integrations, data sync, and release management; you will develop a reliable command center for marketing
Data and Process Management: Own marketing data architecture, campaign taxonomy, and documentation, and continually enhance lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle automation; your systems thinking will power efficient pipeline and revenue growth
Reporting and Attribution: Create and mature reports and attribution capabilities to deliver clear information and practical insights; your work will provide the heartbeat of our GTM intelligence
Website Management: Oversee website operations/reporting and manage our outside web agency; your pride in managing Xpansiv’s front door will produce excellent brand and demand outcomes
Consent and Privacy Management: Establish consent and privacy operations and a global preference/subscription center; your pragmatic approach will ensure compliance and deliverability in a way that supports the business
Qualifications
4-8 years of marketing operations experience in B2B SaaS environments, with 2+ years of marketing ops leadership experience preferred
Hands-on administration experience with leading marketing automation solutions and working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM)
Built lead scoring and lifecycle automation at scale; delivered attribution that stakeholders trust
Implemented and led scaled-up adoption of AI tools for key GTM workflows
Developed excellent documentation and stakeholder enablement practices
Bonus Points
Pardot experience a strong plus
Experience developing consent and privacy programs across US and EU, and building preference/subscription centers
Energy or environmental commodities industry experience
WordPress experience
