The Learning Facilitation Team brings learning experiences to life across instructor‑led, virtual, and blended environments. We deliver engaging, practice‑focused sessions; support smooth program execution through strong logistics and coordination; and partner closely with instructional designers and subject‑matter experts to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery.
We’re seeking a Senior Manager who can lead a high‑performing facilitation team, drive operational excellence, and champion a learner‑centered approach across all delivery formats.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
7+ years of experience delivering learning in instructor‑led, virtual, and blended formats, with strong application of adult learning principles and familiarity with the ADDIE model.
Proven facilitation expertise supporting diverse audiences—from executives to individual contributors—across leadership, business, and professional skills content.
Working knowledge of instructional design processes and how learning content is developed, with experience collaborating effectively with instructional designers.
Demonstrated people‑leadership experience, including coaching, developing, and managing facilitators or learning professionals.
Strong communication, stakeholder partnership, and cross‑functional influence skills.
Advanced organizational and operational capabilities, including managing complex logistics, improving processes, and ensuring consistent delivery standards.
Job Summary
Responsible for managing the research, design, development and delivery of learning curricula and job aids to meet the developmental objectives of the targeted audiences. Provide supervisory, instructional design and facilitation expertise for managers, internal learning teams, contractors, and others who support the development and delivery of learning curricula.
