Senior Manager, IT Vendor & Service Management

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Managing in-house and outsourced IT services to ensure meeting business’s expectations governed by the executed Service Level Agreements (SLA) between PBTB and vendors.  

  • Facilitate and maintain vendor relationships between businesses and suppliers, negotiating contracts, creating vendor standards, and finding the best available vendors.

  • Manage business needs and propose the right IT solutions to support the business within Regional IT Standard framework.

  • Develop/ enhance local Vendor Management policies, plans and procedures.

  • Manage IT department operational budget and cost optimization.

  • Regular review of IT expenses and outsourcing fees and propose and streamline IT services to achieve operations/ cost efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • More than 10 years of experience in Desktop Support, IT Infrastructure and Operations.

  • Strong knowledge on IT units – vendor management, service management.

  • Strong knowledge on Infrastructure and end-point device.

  • Strong knowledge of ITIL and local regulatory IT policies.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Able to work across cultures effectively, valuing diversity within virtual team.

  • Working knowledge of international business practices.
