Senior Technical Manager, Development and Application Support (Supply Chain Management and Logistics)
Lead a global follow-the-sun application support organization along with development responsibilities for mission-critical supply chain logistics platforms. Drive stability, uptime, and SLA performance through strong operational rigor, training and accountability, reduced technical debt, and AI-enabled automation/process improvement. Partner across business and IT in a matrixed environment (including vendors) to deliver enhancements and integrations, coordinate end-to-end incident restoration with Infrastructure/Cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities
- Run global support operations to meet SLAs, improve uptime, and drive incident/problem/change management with end-to-end restoration.
- Lead, coach, and develop managers and teams; set clear expectations and performance standards.
- Own support strategy and roadmaps; align priorities to business outcomes and long-term platform health.
- Drive continuous improvement using metrics, automation/AI, and process standardization; manage budgets/resources.
- Deliver enhancements, integrations, and large-scale programs/projects with predictable agile execution.
- Provide technical/architectural oversight to ensure solutions meet standards, security, and operational requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
- 14+ years of relevant experience, including IT management and leading teams.
- Relevant IT certification(s) preferred.

- Vendor Management: To ensure optimal service delivery, evaluate and manage relationships with IT operations vendors and service providers.

Education: Bachelor's degree preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant experience.
Preferred Certification(s): Any relevant IT Certification.
Experience: 14+ years of relevant and practical experience, preferably in SAP SCM, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
