Senior Manager, International Tax

Summary:

In this role, you will be a key member of the international tax team, supporting a broad range of international tax planning, reporting, and compliance initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Tax, you will lead the Company’s transfer pricing strategy and oversee the international aspects of tax reporting and compliance. This role operates within a large, complex corporate environment with operations across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

Please note that this role requires on-site presence five days per week, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead and mentor foreign tax managers on international tax planning, including:

  • Foreign tax credits

  • Foreign subsidiary earnings and profits

  • Intergroup charges

  • Foreign subsidiary cash flows and distributions

• Provide tax planning opportunities and advice to global business units

• Lead or support special projects, including intergroup charges, repatriation, mergers, and acquisitions

• Lead transfer pricing policy decisions & support the operational transfer pricing team with monitoring activities

• Lead BEPS tracking & reporting globally

• Identify and promote efficiencies in all areas affecting the preparation and filing of returns, reports, and calculations

• Maintain the international tax calendar

• Coordination, implementation, and management of international tax planning activities and risk assessment

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

• 10+ years of corporate international tax experience in a public accounting firm or large multinational corporation with an emphasis on transfer pricing

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Strong quantitative skills, including expertise in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent communication skills; flexible and cooperative.

• Ability to independently work under pressure on multiple tax projects.

• Experience working within a global, matrixed team environment.

The following are preferred for the role

• MS in taxation and/or CPA

• ASC 740 experience

What We Offer:

Base Pay Range: $163,000 - $238,700

The actual salary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography. Additionally, this role is eligible for incentive or sales variable compensation payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company's incentive plans, the Company's financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.
