About the Role

Responsible to provide management and the Board with an objective, independent assessment of the internal control systems through the planning and execution of audit assignments. The individual will also contribute to management by providing appropriate business recommendations. You will assist the Associate Director/ Director/ Head of Internal Audit with delivery of the overall audit plan, reporting to committees and management, and supervising and developing the team.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain semantic models, reports, and dashboards to support current and future audit needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the business auditors to identify, prioritise, and deliver impactful analytical use cases.
  • Manage and fulfil data requests from stakeholders (including business auditors), understanding business needs and assessing change impacts.
  • Validate data availability and identify gaps by cross-checking against the Data Warehouse.
  • Communicate effectively across departments and demonstrate strong teamwork.
  • Present complex ideas and solutions in a clear, structured, and visually engaging manner.
  • Write, understand, and troubleshoot complex business logic using SQL/Python in Databricks.
  • Translate performance trends and key themes into digestible insights using visual tools (e.g., dashboards, charts).
  • Work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt to fast-paced environments. Deliver high-quality, accurate reports within tight deadlines.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in numerical/analytical field is preferred
  • Minimum 5 - 8 years of working experience in a reporting, data analytics, or insights-driven environment
  • Good understanding of data warehousing, semantic model, BI reporting and other relevant skills such as Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau
  • Experience improving or automating reporting workflows and identifying data inconsistencies
  • Ability to synthesise complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations
