The Health Promotion Board’s vision is to make Singapore a nation of healthier people.[What you will be working on]
As a key member of the CMP team, you’ll have to be comfortable to put on many hats.
You will work closely with the RHS Cluster and analyse regional health trends and demographics to cultivate targeted partnerships with grassroots organisations, community groups, and key workplace stakeholders including SMEs, industrial estates, and business associations specific to the region's economic profile.
You will coordinate tailored health promotion initiatives by leveraging these regional partnerships, ensuring programmes are culturally appropriate and accessible to diverse community groups while also meeting the needs of the working population.
You will also support broader national-level partnerships with organisations such as People's Association (PA), and workplace partners like Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF), adapting these collaborations to suit regional contexts and workplace settings.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders such as Programme Division, and the Integrated Outreach department (East) to ensure ground activation of health promotion initiatives effectively utilises the established partner network and addresses both community and workplace health needs within the region.
[What we are looking for]
An ideal candidate will be a dynamic and self-motivated individual with at least 5 years of working experience in business development or research/ analytics. Experience in project or account management will be an added advantage. The candidate should also possess:
A relevant degree from a recognised university
Demonstrate resourcefulness in approaching challenges
Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
Strong collaborative and partnership building skills; confident to work with partners and to build relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to work cohesively in fast-paced teams and navigate stressful, ambiguous situations in a positive manner.
Able to work well in matrix and highly dynamic teams.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong result-orientation and enjoys challenges.
Strong ability to distil and communicate concepts in a concise and coherent manner (written and oral)
Successful candidates will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance and may be considered for an extension or be placed on a permanent tenure subject to meeting criteria.
