  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams including media, digital, design, consumer & shopper engagement, and commercial partners.
  • Manage agency relationships (creative, media, production), ensuring clarity of scope, quality output, and efficiency.
  • Balance ambition with timelines, budgets, and resources, escalating risks and trade-offs as needed.
  • Ensure coherence and integration across all consumer connection points.

4. Media, Digital & Performance Orientation

  • Collaborate with media, digital, and DAO teams to ensure plans reflect evolving media behaviors, e-commerce, and platform dynamics.
  • Support performance tracking, measurement, and learning agendas.
  • Analyze campaign and experience results, translating insights into optimization and future planning inputs.
  • Contribute to improving ROI and effectiveness of integrated marketing investments.

5. Collaboration, Influence & Leadership

  • Communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders, providing recommendations and rationale.
  • Lead specific workstreams or project teams; mentor junior team members where applicable.
  • Build strong working relationships with bottlers and external partners.
  • Collaborate with OU and global counterparts to ensure alignment and best-practice sharing.
