General Description:

BeOne is seeking a strategic and technical Senior Manager of Information Protection Management (IPM) to lead our information protection programs. This role is responsible for the design, implementation, and execution of a comprehensive program centered on Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Insider Risk Management (IRM).The IPM Sr. Manager will bridge the gap between technical controls and business risk, ensuring that our intellectual property and sensitive data remain secure while enabling organizational productivity

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Architect and oversee the management of DLP technologies across multiple vectors: Endpoint, Network, Email, and Cloud (CASB).
  • Design and tune DLP and  Insider Risk policies to identify anomalous patterns of behavior while maintaining employee privacy and trust.
  • Oversee the integration of security tools (e.g., SIEM, EDR, and Cloud Security) to provide a unified view of data movement.
  • Lead high-sensitivity investigations into potential data breaches or policy violations.
  • Collaborate with Legal and HR teams to ensure investigations are handled with the highest level of confidentiality and compliance with labor laws.
  • Develop automated playbooks for rapid response to DLP and Insider Risk related events and incidents.

Education Required:

  •  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree with 7 + years of overall experience or a MA/MS including 6 + years in Cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a capacity focused on information protection and insider risk.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade DLP platforms (e.g., Netskope, Microsoft Purview, CrowdStrike, or Forcepoint).
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of data governance, data protection, data classification methodologies, ISO 27001, and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or specialized certifications in DLP/Privacy
  • Industry Context: Experience navigating Data Loss Prevention in multi-geo or highly regulated environments.
  • Experience leading regulatory compliance, such as SOX, GxP.
  • Experience working in a global enterprise environment.

Salary Range: $145,400.00 - $190,400.00 annually

BeOne is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process.  Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
