This role serves as the strategic Human Resources Business Partner to senior leaders across Corporate Functions, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Legal, HR, and Aviation. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, this position supports a client group of approximately 500 employees across two corporate offices and multiple field locations.
As a key member of the Business HR leadership team, this leader plays a critical role in shaping organizational strategy, workforce capability, and culture across corporate functions. The role blends strategic influence with hands‑on execution, partnering closely with leaders to align people strategies with business priorities and drive organizational performance.
This leader is also responsible for building, leading, and developing a high‑performing Corporate Functions HR team, while modeling strong enterprise leadership, sound judgment, and proactive problem‑solving.
Partner directly with senior leaders on business‑critical decisions
Shape enterprise talent, organizational design, and leadership capability
Lead a visible, high‑impact HR function supporting core corporate teams
Balance strategy, execution, and people leadership in a collaborative environment
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing decisions through data, insight, and sound judgment
Translate business strategy into a cohesive talent and organizational agenda for Corporate Functions
Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning to ensure long‑term capability
Drive effective HR programs including performance management, talent reviews, leadership development, and engagement initiatives
Partner with HR Centers of Expertise (Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management) to deliver scalable, high‑impact solutions
Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing Corporate Functions HR team, strengthening execution and business alignment
Champion change management efforts supporting growth, transformation, and evolving business needs
Provide oversight of HR policy governance, administration, and harmonization
Ensure consistent and compliant employment practices in partnership with Legal
Manage relationships with external HR vendors and service partners
Coach and mentor leaders and employees to strengthen leadership capability and career development
Lead and contribute to special projects aligned to enterprise HR priorities
Proven success delivering talent, performance, succession, engagement, and change initiatives in complex organizations
Strong leadership capability, including sound decision‑making, conflict resolution, and policy stewardship
Experience supporting multi‑location or distributed organizations preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with executive presence
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Customer‑centric mindset with a collaborative approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Human Capital Management systems; Workday experience preferred
This role is a Leader of People, responsible for coaching, developing, and empowering HR professionals. Key competencies include talent assessment, delegation, strategic planning, customer focus, and conflict management.
8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
5+ years of experience partnering directly with senior‑level leaders
