The following position is to join our RTX Corporate team:

RTX is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Business Intelligence Lead to join the Workforce Intelligence (WFI) Center of Excellence (COE). This leadership role reports directly to the WFI Insights at Scale Director. In this role, you will lead the data visualization ecosystem, overseeing development in Qlik, Power BI and Workday. You will collaborate with Insights Product & Delivery, Enterprise Infrastructure, Data Platforms and other stakeholders to ensure scalable, accurate, and insight-driven analytics empower data-driven decision-making.

What You Will Do

Team Leadership & People Development

  • Mentor and grow a high-performing team of BI Developers.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Own the roadmap for your team’s success, from personalized career pathing to upskilling on the latest technical stacks.

Operational Excellence & Governance

  • Lead BI development initiatives across Qlik Sense, Power BI and Workday reporting, ensuring solutions are aligned with long-term organizational needs and evolving technology trends.
  • Serve as the visionary for BI architecture, ensuring dashboards and reporting solutions are as robust as they are insightful.
  • Establish and enforce BI governance, data quality and security standards.

Collaboration

  • Partner with Product and Data Platform teams to embed BI solutions into product roadmaps.
  • Work alongside Enterprise Infrastructure and Digital Tech teams to ensure our solutions are seamless, scalable, and high-performing.

Innovation and User Experience

  • Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, such as machine learning, predictive analytics, and natural language processing, to enhance BI capabilities and drive innovation.
  • Design and deliver intuitive, user-friendly BI dashboards and tools that prioritize the end-user experience.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence; or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum two years experience with technical expertise in managing and developing solutions on platforms such as Power BI, and preferably Qlik Sense and Workday.
  • Minimum one year experience leading or managing a team of BI professionals, including goal setting, prioritization, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Prior experience working with workforce data across the employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire), two years minimum.

  • Proven ability to lead technical teams with strong adaptability, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking to deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced, and matrixed environment.
  • Experience working with HR data, HRIS platforms, or Global People Services environments.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
