The Senior Manager, Global Mobility oversees all aspects of international assignments, cross‑border transfers, and U.S. domestic relocations, ensuring compliance with global regulations and alignment with organizational goals. The role develops and manages global mobility policies, leads vendor relationships, and provides strategic guidance to leaders, People Partners, and employees throughout the relocation lifecycle. This position plays a critical role in enabling global workforce mobility, strengthening operational effectiveness, and enhancing employee experience across international and domestic moves.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of international assignments, including planning, cost projections, policy development, relocation logistics, on‑assignment support, and repatriation.
  • Ensure compliance with global tax, immigration, labor, and social security regulations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and audit‑ready records for all mobility activities.
  • Advise leaders and People Partners on mobility solutions that balance business needs, compliance requirements, and employee experience.
  • Manage external relocation, immigration, and tax vendors to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
  • Develop and deliver training, guidance materials, and resources for managers and employees.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate global mobility programs, recommending strategic enhancements.
  • Support global talent initiatives by facilitating cross‑border transfers and advising on mobility strategy.
  • Lead end‑to‑end U.S. domestic relocation processes, including policy development, vendor coordination, and move management.
  • Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, and business units to ensure seamless execution of all mobility activities.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in global mobility or international HR.
  • Strong knowledge of global tax, immigration, and labor regulations.
  • Proven experience managing vendor relationships across relocation, tax, and immigration services.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working in large, complex, and diverse global organizations.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and sound decision‑making skills.
  • High level of cross‑cultural awareness and sensitivity.
