WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The FxN (Fulfilled by Nike) Senior Manager is accountable for leading the drop ship model (FxN) strategy and day to day business, with the objective of driving profitable digital growth & positive brand reputation through effective partner collaboration. They maintain close alignment with multiple functions, including planning, merchandising, sales, operations, as well as external marketplace partners. This position reports to the Digital Partners & Business Development Director, directly manages a team, and oversees the FxN team while engaging regularly with strategic digital partners and internal teams.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will shape and scale the FxN (Fulfilled by Nike) drop‑ship model across EMEA by setting strategy, enabling growth, and partnering with operational teams and digital partners to deliver profitable expansion aligned to Nike’s broader enterprise and Digital strategies.

  • You will define and drive the future expansion strategy for FxN, identifying new growth opportunities, partner models, and markets aligned to Nike’s enterprise and Digital priorities
  • You will lead the FxN team and enable execution through strong cross‑functional partnerships with teams such as Planning, Merchandising, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Analytics
  • You will own strategic marketplace partner relationships, shaping joint priorities, performance expectations, and long‑term growth opportunities
  • You will bring creative, differentiated ideas that challenge existing models and help Nike stand apart from competitors in the digital marketplace
  • You will translate strategy into clear priorities, KPIs, and governance, empowering operational teams to execute with clarity and focus
  • You will act as a senior leader within the broader Digital Partner & Business Growth team, fostering collaboration, shared ownership, and alignment
  • You will encourage entrepreneurial thinking and operational efficiency, improving how teams work together while maintaining disciplined execution
