The Role and Impact: Intel is seeking a Logistics Operations Manager who will drive operational excellence within our logistics network. This position offers a unique opportunity to manage and optimize logistics processes and system solutions, ensuring seamless delivery of products and materials that power Intel's innovation and global success. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the logistics operations, overseeing inbound, interplant, and outbound material, equipment, and finished goods. - Monitor and benchmark supplier services against service level agreements and drive supplier performance improvements. - Lead performance reviews with suppliers and strategize solutions to enhance service levels, capacity, and delivery timelines. - Implement and monitor key metrics to ensure compliance with Intel's standards, laws, and guidelines while driving operational excellence. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve logistics issues, ensuring efficient delivery of products to customers. - Develop and execute logistics solutions using advanced analytical tools and emerging technologies to streamline processes. - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and logistics service providers to foster collaboration and process flow. - Manage critical escalations in the logistics network to minimize impact on customer service and operational performance.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Quality Engineering, or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in logistics operations and supplier management with a Bachelor's degree. - Advanced proficiency in analytics tools, automation solutions, and logistics systems (e.g., WMS, TMS). - Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, SPC, CAPA, and root cause analysis. - Familiarity with regulatory and quality standards including ISO 9001/14001, IATF, and ESD requirements. - Proven ability to perform data-driven problem solving and develop scalable operational solutions. Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience - Demonstrated leadership in supplier engagement and strategic performance metrics. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and emerging technologies. - Commitment to fostering innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
