Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Experience Design Lead will head the Intelligent Experience Design team, ensuring that every internal digital and AI-powered product delivers intuitive, human-centered, and impactful experiences. This leader will guide the design vision, oversee UX/UI strategy, and integrate design thinking and responsible AI principles across internal persona-based applications (sales, operations, partner etc.).
As a senior design leader, this role will manage UX/UI Designers, Front-End Developers, and Design Researchers, while partnering closely with Product Managers, AI Engineers, and Data Scientists to ensure that complex AI capabilities are translated into clear, trustworthy, and delightful user experiences.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this role is $147,050 to $230,850 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
