The Digital Products team is responsible for the design, build, and deployment of world class AI enabled products and solutions that empower a future ready workforce, drive efficiencies via automation and support implementation of newer business operating models for HP’s business. With a focus on Innovation, the group drives differentiation with architectural vision to consolidate, accelerate and simplify new technology adoption and deliver high value solutions that solve the pain points of all its stakeholders.

Role Overview:
We are seeking talented Full Stack Engineers to design, develop, and maintain end-to-end solutions for AI-powered applications. You will work across the entire technology stack—front-end, back-end, and cloud infrastructure—collaborating closely with Product Managers, AI Solutions Architects, Domain Solution Architects, and Experience Designers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain full-stack applications with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate machine learning models and AI services into production applications.
  • Develop APIs, data pipelines, and backend services while building responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Work with Product and Design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions that meet user needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full technology stack.
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and propose solutions for complex technical challenges.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks to continuously improve product capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in full-stack software development.
  • Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.).
  • Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL), RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of AI/ML integration and experience working with AI pipelines or services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in AI/ML-driven applications or data-intensive systems.
  • Knowledge of MLOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
  • Prior work in a product-focused, squad-based engineering environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
