The Senior Manager, Creative Operations will help shape and evolve the operational infrastructure that enables our global creative organization to function at scale. This role focuses on how workflows across the system, partnering with Global Marketing, clusters, and channel teams to design scalable workflows, operating models, and enabling technologies that support creative delivery.

Reporting into the Sr. Director, Creative Operations, this leader will partner closely with Creative, Marketing, Project Management, Production, IT, and Finance to improve operational clarity, reduce friction, and enable the organization to deliver work more efficiently across campaigns, channels, and markets.

About the Job

  • Creative Operations Strategy & Workflow Design
    • Design and evolve end-to-end creative workflows that support global campaign development and multi-channel execution.
    • Partner with Global Marketing, cluster teams, and channel leads to ensure workflows support the needs of regional markets and distribution channels.
    • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce handoffs, and improve how work moves across the organization.
  • Operating Model & Business Operations
    • Help establish and improve operating rhythms across the creative organization, including planning cycles, intake structures, and cross-functional alignment.
    • Partner with leadership to create visibility into priorities, workload trends, and operational performance.
    • Support financial and operational planning related to creative production, vendor management, and resource investments.
  • Technology & Operational Infrastructure
    • Partner with internal teams to implement and optimize tools that support creative workflows, collaboration, and operational visibility.
    • Contribute to the roadmap for creative operations platforms and integrations that enable project delivery and asset management.
    • Support the evolution of systems that enable efficient creative production and campaign execution across global teams.
  • AI Enablement & Operational Efficiency
    • Help introduce and scale responsible AI capabilities across the creative organization.
    • Drive onboarding, communication, and training related to new tools and AI-enabled workflows.
    • Partner with teams to track adoption, measure productivity improvements, and identify new opportunities for operational efficiency.
  • Organizational Insights & Continuous Improvement
    • Develop measurement frameworks that help leadership understand workflow performance, operational bottlenecks, and efficiency opportunities.
    • Partner with project management teams to identify systemic improvements based on project delivery insights.

About You

  • 8+ years of experience in Creative Operations, Marketing Operations, Production Operations, or similar roles.
  • Experience improving workflows and operational systems within creative or marketing organizations.
  • Familiarity with work management, collaboration, and creative operations platforms (examples may include Airtable, Creative Force, Adobe AEM, Workfront, or similar tools).
  • Experience working across global teams and matrixed organizations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.

This is a hybrid work schedule based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $135,200 - $198,300 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
