OR Experience Required
* Demonstrates the ability to obtain information and interpret information in terms of the patients needs.
* Demonstrates appropriate knowledge of growth and development.
* Demonstrates an understanding of the range of treatment needed by these patients.
* Makes initial assessment, and determines appropriate nursing needs of assigned patients, as evidenced by appropriate documentation.
* Performs initial and ongoing assessment on all assigned patients, including a review of systems, as evidenced by appropriate documentation.
* Completes Admission Assessment in time frame established, according to Policy and Procedure.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing or > 3 years of experience.
Licensure
* Registered Nurse licensed to practice in the State of Florida
* Current BLS required; Current ACLS, if required for your area; PALS, if required for your work area, to be completed within 1 year of employment date and maintained
