Lead global compensation operations, technology, and innovation for a Fortune 500 enterprise of 17,000 employees across 7 countries. Oversee the end-to-end compensation lifecycle, driving modernization, automation, and continuous improvement of programs, tools, and governance. Build scalable processes, implementing advanced technologies, and ensuring global consistency and compliance. Oversee strategy, roadmap, and optimization of Workday Compensation, including structures, guidelines, cycles, and integrations. Champion automation and AI-driven solutions.
Where You'll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, DE. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
What You'll Do
Lead all global compensation planning cycles (merit, bonus, equity/LTI, off-cycle)
Own and optimize global Workday Compensation configuration
Develop automation and AI/ML-driven solutions for compensation processes; Design advanced tools for pricing, audits, analytics, and decision support
Oversee survey participation, vendor management, and benchmarking
Ensure data governance, audits, and system documentation
Manage and develop a global team with technical and analytical capabilities.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Data Science, or related field; CCP certification
8–10 years of progressive compensation experience including global responsibility
Workday Compensation configuration experience required
Automation/AI solution design experience
3+ years of experience in multi-country, multi-business-unit Fortune 500 environments
