Position Summary (Maternity Cover – 16 Months)

The Senior Manager, Commercial Programs (Maternity Cover) is a critical interim role responsible for ensuring the continued success, operational efficiency, and strategic execution of the uLead Program during the program lead’s maternity leave. The position will focus on sustaining momentum toward the 2026 growth target of 30% and overseeing an annual program budget allocation for 2026.

This individual will lead the strategy and execution of commercial challenges driven through the Field service Engineering channel as well as enable the team to provide them with marketing promotions every quarter in alignment with the marketing teams. The role requires a strategic mindset with strong leadership and influencing skills. This position offers the right candidate the opportunity to implement a new digital platform and drive adoption with a significant impact on 2026 revenue targets.

This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Commercial Operations and is offered as a fixed-term maternity cover.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Program Continuity and Management

· Lead the uLead program to successfully deliver growth targets, guaranteeing seamless operations and executing highly effective communication strategies.

· Partner with Business Units (BUs) to sustain engagement and promote ongoing program adoption.

· Drive sales team focus on lead conversion by collaborating with sales leaders.

· Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional and activation activities.

· Collaborate with the training team for training requirements for field and sales teams.

· Monitor and report program performance, sharing updates with regional managers and leadership.

· Manage regular check-ins with regional leaders to identify best practices and barriers to participation.

· Conduct quarterly surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

· Manage regional leaders running monthly Ambassador network meetings to roll up regional feedback into global strategy and program improvement.

· Manage program communications, including email send-outs, announcements, and updates.

· Maintain iConnect resources related to the program.

· Ensure the program is effective and contribute to the overall business strategy.

· Present program updates at leadership, service, and sales meetings.

· Responsible for additional lead generation programs.

Program Enhancements and Transition Projects

· Develop the uLead program to include additional product lines and audiences.

· Manage short-term projects such as:

o Submission form optimization including C4S integration and SSO.

o Use generative AI to identify active uncovered assets and key service-history insights, enabling the field team to drive more informed, targeted customer conversations.

· Expand the uLead program to include Sales Incentive programs (SPIFFs).

· Lead the design and implementation of the uLead 3.0 Digital Platform infrastructure.

ULead Program Analysis and Reporting

· Provide regular data-driven insights and reporting on program performance.

· Collaborate with designated operations analyst to measure engagement, conversion, and ROI.

· Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance summaries for leadership visibility.

· Identify areas for process improvement and recommend adjustments to maintain efficiency and impact.

Additional Responsibilities

· Support wider Commercial Excellence initiatives as required during the maternity cover period.

· Ensure smooth transition and comprehensive handover at the end of the contract term.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

· 7–10 years of experience in commercial operations, program management, or marketing leadership.

· Strong track record in project and stakeholder management, ideally within global organizations.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in impact analysis and reporting.

· Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to influence across functions.

· Experience in maintaining momentum within established programs and managing transitional priorities.
