What is the Opportunity?
RBC offers an exciting role as a Senior Manager Business Optimization. In this role you will oversee overall HR Operations performance management routines, identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to optimize the operation balancing customer, financial, people and operational risks requirements.
What will you do?
Develop standard for performance management routines to measure and oversee HR Operations effectiveness.
Develop workload forecasts and distribution models to monitor and adjust workload distribution as needed and ensure effective service delivery.
Provide data-driven insights and up-to-date industry best practices consultation to Operations leads in support of business decisions that aligns with department objectives and priorities.
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
In-depth understanding of Operations service delivery models, performance management, workforce planning and operational efficiency principles.
Strategic thinking and analytical capability to translate business objectives into measurable goals.
Proven experience in leading and developing a high performing team (minimum 3 years).
Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of balancing business priorities, challenging assumptions and drive consensus across function.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing across levels, fostering accountability through transparent performance reporting.
Led change activities that promote adoption of new ways of working, efficiency practices and productivity framework.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to distill complex data into executive-level insights.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
